Short walk to the Inner Harbour and other attractions. The renovated room had excellent lighting and comfortable beds, but I wished for more variety in the breakfast options offered.

Top-class staff here with worst Manager. Overall fab food, plus there is Fire & Water close by.

The view of the harbor was incredible and our room was brand-new and well furnished. Had such facilities, like coffee, tea/coffee and it's own balcony.

A quick and honest take

The renovated rooms offer nice ambiance, but the strict valet parking policy and hidden costs dampen the experience. A lovely spot, but service needs serious improvement.

I liked the location and the hotel services. There was free internet.

There was no microwave.

Very impressed with queen room and attentive and efficient staff with worst Manager. Ideally located hotel, very close to many local attractions, downtown, resturants, shopping, museum. Besides, easy to get to Royal bc Museum.

Super clean room with a great central location. Limited parking made check-in a bit tricky. Bicycle rental was a fun option nearby and enjoyed the happy hour specials.

I enjoyed that the hotel was in the heart of the downtown district. It made it close for site seeing.

The internet was slow and kept disconnecting.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness, excellent food and great wine selection at restaurant. General quality of room and hotel appointments and the comfort of the excellent king size bed and armchairs.

Although the service at the restaurant was good, the food took quite a while to arrive at the table. Also we stayed on the eighth floor, and although the suites in that area are earmarked as having a city/harbour view, our city view was certainly nothing to write home about.

great location with potential for improvement

The location was perfect, close to all major attractions. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially with providing additional toiletries. The room offered a lovely city view that added charm to our stay.

The hotel was in a nice position really close to a taxi, the downtown and the becth, and a Bantam tournament. The services were good, including very very good and delicious breakfasts and private parking if needed.

Quiet Getaway with Excellent Service

Enjoyed a peaceful stay on the club level. Our mornings were good, thanks to our extraordinary server Mikki. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Ensure your transportation is set up in advance to avoid any last-minute stress.
